SOUTH CENTRAL HAS A LOT OF POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES THINGS INVLOED IN THE PAST..THE THREE EVENTS THAT HAVE THE GREATEST IMPACT IN MY OPINION THEY ARE 1) THE WATTS RIOT„„2) GANG HISTORY„, AND 3) CRACK EPIDIEMIC…THOSE FOR ME ARE THE ONES THATHAD MORE STRUGGLES BECAUSE MAN IT WAS TERRIBLE WHAT THEY HAD TO WENT THROUGH…MAINLY SOUTH CENTRAL PAST WAS OF THE HOOK. OVER ALL THE PAST MEANS A LOT TO OTHER PPL BECAUSE WE CANT FORGET ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN IN OUR HISTORY AND HOW OUR HISTORY BECAME STRONGER AND PEACEFULLY…….
THE FIRST EVENT WHICH IS THE WATTS RIOTS HAD TO GO THROUGH A LOT. BACK THEN WHITE POEPLE USED TO BE RACES….FOR EXAMPLE WHEN THE WHITE POLICE PULL OVER MARQUETTE JUST FOR NO REASON…AT THE LIL SPOT THEY WERE IN PEOPLE WHERE GETTING MAD OF THE UNFAIRLESS THING THEY WERE DOING TO MARQUETTE, A PERSON SPIT ON ON A COPS FACE..SO BY THEN THE RIOT BEGAN….34PPL DIED , 118 PLL SUFFERED GUNSHOTS, MOST OF THEM WERE KILLED BY LAPD AND THE NATIONAL GUARDS.THE IMPACT THAT IT HAD WAS THAT ALL MEXICANS AND BLACK STAY TOGETHER IN CONFRONT THE GOVERNMENT TO FIGHT FOR THEIR ACTUAL RIGHTS BECAUSE AT THE TIME POLICES WERE COMMITING UNNESSARY THINGS..WATTS WAS DESTROYED COMPLETLY…SOUTH CENTRAL CHANGE CUZ NOW WE DNT REALLY HAVE THAT MUCH DRAMA, NOW IS CALM….

As this school closws, i have achieved alot on trying new things, becoming better with friens,teachers…..It has been a good year because i really had fun with everybody at ANIMO LOCKE 2. man to me everyone at LOCKE 2 has become my family cuz we always together trying to help one another, had are times we got introuble from Mr.Mac,Ms.A, nd teachers but we thank all of them they did not allow us to stay behind….Well my evidence is that im going to go really happy and proud of my self and ANIMO LOCKE 2 go baby!!!!
Well the point of view of alots of parents is really good because everytime when a parent comes i asked them so how do u like the school ur kid is attending to, their respond it actually really good, i thought it was going to be a lil dangerous bt is not because all the staff are looking out for every one of u guys.The evidence is that u could see a big smile on their faces!
